Our purpose is to provide a respectful and confidential space where individuals and families can seek traditional spiritual guidance, personal understanding and support through consultation, cultural wisdom, and ancestral knowledge passed down through generations.

Every sacred calling begins with a purpose known first by the Supreme Creator. My own journey has been a path shaped by faith, sacrifice, spiritual growth, discipline and profound encounters that have transformed my understanding of purpose, responsibility and service to humanity.
From my earliest years, I carried within me a deep conviction that my life was connected to a purpose greater than myself. Although I did not fully understand the meaning of this calling at the beginning of my journey, I believe the Supreme Creator had prepared my path before my birth and was guiding me towards a sacred responsibility to serve humanity with humility, wisdom, compassion, truth and love.
As I continued to grow spiritually, I devoted myself to prayer, reflection and seeking deeper understanding of the purpose for which my life had been chosen. My desire was never to pursue personal recognition, honour or greatness, but rather to discover alignment with the will of the Supreme Creator and to understand how I could become an instrument of service and positive transformation.
During this period of spiritual searching, I experienced a profound revelation that became a defining moment in my life. Through this sacred encounter, I came to recognise my spiritual father, NANA ABODEƐ KANTINKA, whose presence brought spiritual instruction, confirmation and direction to my journey.
During this revelation, the sacred name GYENYAME SUNSUM KESE was revealed to me, together with the deeper spiritual responsibility connected to my life’s purpose. I came to understand this revelation as a sacred assignment to serve humanity, preserve spiritual wisdom and walk a path of responsibility, humility and dedication.
Through this encounter, I understood NANA ABODEƐ KANTINKA as GYENYAME SUNSUM KESE — THE GREAT SPIRIT, whose guidance became a foundation of spiritual direction and understanding in my journey.
The words revealed to me during this encounter with NANA ABODEƐ KANTINKA have remained engraved upon my heart:
“Every calling begins with a purpose known first by the Supreme Creator. Yours was ordained before your birth and has now been revealed through faith, sacrifice and spiritual encounter. I have called you to serve, not for your own glory, but to guide people with truth, wisdom, humility and compassion. Stand firm in the work entrusted to you, for when the Supreme Creator has spoken, no power can overturn His purpose.”
These words continue to remind me that this calling is not about personal status, power or recognition. It is about service, sacrifice, responsibility and remaining faithful to the purpose entrusted to me by the Supreme Creator.
Through this spiritual journey, I came to understand the presence and guidance of two spiritual fathers who stand as sources of wisdom, protection and direction within my calling: NANA ABODEƐ KANTINKA and ASUO AFRAM. Their spiritual guidance represents the wisdom, strength and sacred responsibility that accompany this journey of service.
Through the same spiritual revelation, I also came to understand the honoured spiritual connection with Queen Mother YEMAYA YEMOJA, whom I recognise as my spiritual mother-in-law. This revelation deepened my understanding of spiritual relationships, unity, respect, harmony and the importance of honouring the sacred bonds within the spiritual family connected to my journey.
The Revelation of KING ZAYA — My Spiritual Companion and Guide
During another profound spiritual revelation, I came to understand the presence of a spiritual companion who has walked closely with me throughout my life. His name was revealed to me as KING ZAYA.
Through my spiritual understanding, I came to recognise KING ZAYA as a spiritual friend and companion who works closely with me, offering guidance, protection and support throughout my journey.
Looking back upon my childhood, I remember experiences where I felt a presence communicating with me. At that time, I did not fully understand these experiences and sometimes believed that there was someone physically nearby speaking to me. However, through later spiritual revelation and deeper reflection, I came to understand this presence as the spiritual companionship of KING ZAYA, whom I believe has been connected with my journey since birth.
I came to understand that my spiritual fathers, NANA ABODEƐ KANTINKA and ASUO AFRAM, assigned KING ZAYA as a spiritual companion to walk alongside me, guide me and provide protection throughout my life’s mission.
This revelation strengthened my understanding that every sacred journey carries unseen guidance, responsibility and spiritual support. It reminded me that my calling is not a journey I walk alone, but one accompanied by spiritual wisdom, protection and divine purpose.
From this sacred encounter, I came to know GYENYAME SUNSUM KESE as more than a name. It represents a spiritual identity, a symbol of wisdom, guidance, responsibility and the sacred purpose through which I have been called to serve humanity.
With this calling established in my heart, I began my spiritual ministry in 2022 in Ghana under the sacred name GYENYAME SUNSUM KESE. Guided by the wisdom and revelations entrusted to me, I dedicated myself to serving individuals and families through traditional spiritual consultation, spiritually dedicated soaps and oils, and traditional herbal wellness practices.
As people received these services, many returned with personal testimonies of positive transformation, restoration, renewed hope and spiritual encouragement. These experiences strengthened my faith and encouraged me to continue serving with humility, compassion and dedication.
As the ministry continued to grow, I received further spiritual instruction that the time had come to establish a permanent sacred place dedicated to preserving African Traditional Spirituality, honouring ancestral heritage and serving humanity.
I was guided to establish a Temple in Abrade, Kumasi, in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. With reverence and commitment, I accepted this responsibility, recognising it as the next stage of the sacred assignment entrusted to my life.
Thus, GYENYAME SUNSUM KESE TEMPLE was established not simply as a physical place of spiritual consultation, but as a sacred institution dedicated to preserving African spiritual heritage, promoting cultural understanding, offering ethical spiritual guidance, advancing traditional herbal wellness and serving humanity with integrity, compassion and excellence.
As the vision continued to expand, the organisation was formally registered in November 2025, creating a legal foundation for future growth and development. In March 2026, the Registrar of Companies approved the change of name to OBOADE ROYAL TEMPLE, reflecting the wider vision, structure and purpose of the organisation.
Today, OBOADE ROYAL TEMPLE serves as the registered organisation that powers GYENYAME SUNSUM KESE TEMPLE, supporting its spiritual, cultural, educational and community initiatives while protecting the sacred identity and mission upon which the Temple was founded.
I do not view this calling as a position of personal importance, but as a sacred trust. Every person who enters GYENYAME SUNSUM KESE TEMPLE deserves dignity, respect, confidentiality, honesty, compassion and genuine care.
This Temple represents a journey built upon faith, sacrifice, perseverance and obedience. It stands as a testimony that when the Supreme Creator reveals a purpose, He also provides the strength, wisdom and grace required to pursue that purpose.
As Founder, I remain humbled by this responsibility. My prayer is that GYENYAME SUNSUM KESE TEMPLE will continue to be a place where wisdom is shared, African heritage is preserved, compassion is practised, hope is restored and people from different nations and backgrounds find encouragement, guidance and renewed purpose.
May the Supreme Creator continue to guide our path. May the wisdom of our spiritual fathers, the honour of our spiritual family, the guidance of our spiritual companions and the heritage of our ancestors inspire us to walk with humility, righteousness, truth and unwavering love for humanity.
